David Bowie's
Low
has songs on side one and instrumentals (occasionally laced with "vocals") on side two.

Well, there's
Love's second album
Da Capo
. Five fantastic songs on side one (
their finest hour in my opinion
, despite
Forever Changes
) and an interminable jam on side two!
No disrespect to your opinion but wow

As good as
Da Capo
is,
Forever Changes
is just perfect to me.

I've heard this said before, on several occasions!
I realize I'm in a field of one on this issue but it's something I've learned to live with over the years.

Nirvanas-muddy banks of the wishkah and unplugged. Was supposed to be a double album called 'verse chorus verse'
