I've taken the promo video for I Can Hear Music off of my account after reading the whole debacle on BBB and hearing that Jasper's account got deleted. I suggest everyone take their Beach Boys videos off youtube.

I did look at the bbb and I don't know if Bruce would just ask for the clip to be taken down that's cool, but a lawsuit? Why waste your time? Oops forgot this is the Beach Boys we are talking about. It isn't right for any clips to be taken down except for that one and Bruce should be gratful that people still pay to see him or even know who the hell he is.

Bruce is one weird dude.  There are people who have uploaded things off of legal Beach Boys and Brian Wilson DVD's, and as eagle-eyed as the people surrounding the Boys and Brian are, they haven't made a big deal about it.   At most, maybe things have been taken down sometimes.  But never a lawsuit.  That is so ridiculous.  I'm not sure many people are even aware of the Old Grey Whistle Test videos, and I doubt anyone bought one for Bruce Johnston's performance.  The YouTube appearance might actually have sold people on buying the video, since it's better quality than YouTube.  Will Jasper be sued, too?  Disgusting.  I've lost all respect for Bruce.  He's being a complete jerk.
