the goat is a satanic symbol...however that particular reference is over the top.

Yeh I know it is, but how anybody can just assume that a picture of someone feeding the goats supports that they are a satanist... its ludicrous. I mean people might have a goat to represent satan or whatever but that doesnt mean you cant feed a goat?

I'm Catholic. I love Christianity. However, anyone who equates the BEACH BOYS!!?!??? with Satanism is just hurting the Christian cause. Not exactly gonna be recruiting too many people, ya know??

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

Were you ever able to confirm that they played Good Vibrations on that 1980 Fridays show?

Thanks!

I have talked to him and he allowed me to upload GV from that show which is really one of my favourite performance of this song. I will post the link when the video is online.

Yes, Beach Boy will upload "Good Vibrations" from FRIDAYS, because on my copy the start is missing. They played it as a medley with "Goin' On".

Guys, thanks so much for uploading that GV 1980 from Fridays!!  What a great little set!!  I was really anticipating more participation from Bri on GV but it came off nice and clean anyway.   Would've been great to actualy be in there in the studio for this performance.

I've just started uploading a new series of tubes, mainly 1988-89. I'll try to upload all of them the next couple of weeks.

Here are the first parts of 16 Tubes in total. From a TV-special from probably 1989 called Endless Summer. Bought in on VHS a long tima ago. Quality is average, due to decoding it to PAL I suspect. But the footage sometimes is priceless, especially the parts in which the group + family/friends is gathered around a campfire talking reminiscing the past and playing/singing several classics (the Party-album revisited).

Part 1: Surfin' USA, Shut Down (backstage) and Help Me Rhonda
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXMYs5N_FWs

Part 2: campfire - last part of Hushabye, chatter, Surfer Girl
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9STj0mdSvVk

Part 3: live - Good Vibrations, Be True To Your School
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHPzYqCiBTg

Part 4: live - Rock 'N' Roll Music; Wheeling Moon performing for the Beach Boys; live - Wipe Out
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-Mq_AGZqiQ

Part 5: campfire - Bird Dog, All I Have To Do Is Dream, Bermuda Shorts; live - God Only Knows, Wouldn't It Be Nice
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TI23swQQ-FY

Part 6: live - Darlin'
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUyMPu6YavM

Part 7: campfire - chatter, Be My Baby, chatter; live - Kokomo
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4ooltsYHGg

More to come...(for example Still Cruisin', In My Car, Smoky Joe's Café, Their Hearts Were Full Of Spring, One Kiss Led To Another, etc...)

Thanks so much! Mike couldn't recall that "Be My Baby" was on his album.  LOL  Nice chatting and Brian in good shape, the live performances are really good too. The last time, I think, Mike and Al could get along together.
