I love how in the Good Vibrations clip, Brian stops and looks at his watch...twice.  Yep, Brian sure likes performing.

Maybe his teleprompters just told him "Brian, watch !"  Grin

I thought this videoclip would've been added already...but I couldn't find it, so here's...

Rock & Roll To The Resque

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yU7o3WZxbis

Thanks! I think all clips are added from 85 'til 96. Are there clips for all singles in this period? For example: Are there clips for "She Believes In Love Again" or "Lady Liberty"?

I always loved to hear this performance, but I never saw it. I think Brian did a great job, his singing is really rockin' at times and he has that certain mystique around him which seems to have gone in later years imo....

I have a few clips from the L.A. and KTSA album on VHS...but I've noticed that there are some clips from those albums on YouTube already. I'm not sure if those are the same I have. Have to check that out.

Now that Mike Love clip really is beyond atrocious. Great stuff!

I'd love to see that interview you're talking about.

Found it!!

Probably because of the recent release of Brian's "biography" Wouldn't It Be Nice the Dutch TV host Ive Niehe decided to interview him. Unfortunately he took the book as the sole truth. To worsen things he even managed to use the wrong pictures several times (zooming in on Carl instead of Brian). Needless to say he didn't make many friends among BB-fans...

Partly in Dutch...if translation of certain parts is wanted (for those among us who don't speak the Dutch language), I'll try to help out.

Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=27HsMdP2DTM
Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGvT7vgRiZE

Man, just watching this docu again, really makes me pissed of with this Ivo Niehe...

 LOL

I noticed that the beach balls were absent during RR to the Resque........Al gets hit right in the face by a ball at 3:59, it would be hard to perform a good lip synch with that distraction....

The Beach Boys as guests on Chicago's New Year's Rockin' Eve 1974. Recorded on November 1st, but broadcasted on December 31st. Present are Carl Wilson, Al Jardine, Mike Love AND Ricky Fataar (who would leave a month later in December...). Ricky is not to be seen clearly unfortunately, Billy Hinsche is though.

Anyone have the A&E Biography on Brian Wilson? I think it was called a Beach Boys Tale. It's really really good, but it's not available on dvd, only vhs.
