Pro Shot Live TV 1993. Probably St. Louis??

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roLCnndKnIY

Thanks!

You get the feeling that none of the guys at this point really wanted to be on stage with the other ones. And boy, do they sound lame. It's unbelievable that 20 years later they sounded so fantastic (although missing Carl)

I'll update the Pro Shot List (see my signature) and ask in the thread if anyone has the exact date.

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

Couldn't agree more. Mike Love at his very best, a song so evocative it can make you feel homesick for a place you've never actually visited.

Hello folks,
Here's part 1 of 2 of my review of the book from 2004: The Complete Guide to the Solo Works of Brian Wilson by Joe Thomas. This first part chronicles The Usher/Wilson Project all the way to the Imagination album, Sweet Insanity, BW88, IJWMFTT album, and the Paley Sessions are also included. I think It's About Time that You Need a Mess of Help to Stand Alone, so Take A Load Off Your Feet and Let's Go Away For a While. Hope you enjoy:

Does the video of Brian on tour still exist? He plays a Carl song on piano at one point. I think it's Long Promised Road.

It's not either one, actually. It was definitely live from the mid 60's and it was part of a longer montage.

Yeah, no kidding! After all that electronic junk sounds! What's up with ALL those videos? I've tried talking to him on YT but no reply. The image always freezes up too. Am I the only one who can't see a lot or hear much clear?
