Slip on Through live 1970.

Ropey quality - but fine vocal from Dennis.

And with Willie !!!

What a disgrace. Willie butchered it. Somebody didn't rehearse enough. Brian was hung out to dry on the background vocal. Willie forgot the words, Brian was mixed way up and had his own mike like a lead singer. He shoulda been on the same (or different mic) with Chris Cross, Toby Keith and Matt.

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

Agree on Willie killing the song forgetting part of the lyrics and missing the whole beauty of the original soaring melody, but not on Brian with his own mic. Brian's voice saved that thing from total meaninglessness - hearing Brian's voice soaring over it makes up for everything else. You can just tell Brian is thinking, oh god, another shitty cover, oh well better add my cosmic element to it to give it something!

Pretty cool! Sounds like the original Bob & Sheri version with Jeff doing Sheri's part!

Ever heard this rare version by Brian and Vicki?

Its actually by the Kings Singers ( with guest vocal by Bruce , who also produced it ) from their album Spirit Voices ( which includes a cover of Kokomo ) , they have in the past covered Good Vibes which is rather superb........

It's funny how all the comments on that video are about how much they don't like what Mike did even though he had nothing to do with it (other than writing it with Brian, of course).

The keyboard player (Tim Bonhomme, right?) with a cigar in his mouth is just so strange to see from this modern clean cut version of the band.
