This one? I downloaded a large set of pictures from a poster on this very forum (it's still there, I think, under the Media section). I do believe the picture is from Nashville 1996, and it's interesting that they all look thrilled to be there except for Carl, who we know was probably sick by then. What do you guys think? It's funny that their voices may have gotten lower, but when they really wanted to they could still deliver on a demanding song like "Their Hearts." I remember watching this on TV. Sawyer Brown singer Mark Miller was hosting a Music City News Awards show (broadcast live on TNN) and the BB did a "surprise" walk on and performed I Get Around with Sawyer Brown.

] Wow. Even a terrible imitation of Jimi Hendrix's voice with his "Surf music's dead!" exclamation from Monterrey Pop. Which is more bullmerda that's been perpetuated throughout the years...ahhh, why do I bother? It's "Summer Dreams"! Not to get all AGD on you, but you do know "youll never hear surf music again" was 1.) Jimi lamenting Dick Dale's illness, 2.) from "Third Stone From The Sun and 3.) was NOT performed at Monterey, right? No problem. I did know all of those things about the quote, and that's why I made the comment about the bullmerda being perpetuated. I just thought the bad Hendrix impression was funny .

A very hip cover of "Winter Symphony": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FtahleXtY10The BBs should release "Winter Symphony" as an official single. If McCartney's "A Wonderful Christmastime" can get played 5 times an hour on some radio stations, then "Winter Symphony" would deserve some play.

It's kind of like Syd Barrett's "Scream Thy Last Scream" meets Brian Wilson in a winter wonderland. "Winter Symphony" has always been a favorite, even though it sounds slightly unfinished. I never cared for Brian re-recording almost his entire back catalogue, but I wouldn't mind him taking a shot at "Winter Symphony". Or better yet, bring in the Beach Boys for some harmonies.

Brian's face around 3:50 is funny when he sees what's going on. Like it's not computing.

Also anybody want to wager a guess as to why he screams "Drums, Mike D'Amico, Drums, Mike D'Amico!!!" Is it complaining about the lack of or enthusiastically encouraging the use of?

For some reason, I didn't really realise how beautiful this melody was until I saw/heard this particular video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W60hOu5lmz8&feature=related

It's been a while since I've seen a video of Brian really consentrating on a performance, like the one above. You can tell he's really trying, especially at the end with the different harmony lines.

Jesus, I remember that clip back in 2006 and then the poster got banned from Youtube and I've been dreaming of it since. Brian's riff at the very end is great, I sing it sometimes when I play the song. Beautiful performance, although Brian said in 2007 he keeps "Forever" off the setlist because it's too emotional and brings back bad memories. Thank you so much!
