Those who post at PSF--and I include myself--have just celebrated that forum's second year. I sincerely hope the relations between PSF and Smiley have now settled, particularly since Craig (guitarfool) himself joined its ranks a short while back.

I know for a fact that there have been misunderstandings between the two forums--and some are ongoing and still require closure--but most posters on both sides have no quarrel with each other personally. Let's hope that's the way things will remain.

Me too. I occasionally lurk there and I am glad things seem to be cooling off. They certainly have on my end. There will always be issues with me and a couple of other people there (one in particular) but I certainly have no ill will to the rest of the board and general population.

On a different note...I have seen a couple of members there who have posted that they have registered here as well but their accounts were not approved. If you see anything like that, can you have them email me at fear2stop@yahoo.com or just pass the info to you and message me here? I may have deleted them by accident when cleaning out obvious spam accounts.

I was released late last night... I’m ok . Turns out it was a complex migraine and that can mimic the effects of a stroke (which would’ve been my third) . Considering I had a TIA a few weeks ago that was some scary business.

On a brighter note I’ve lost 55 pounds since August and am now only 13 pounds away from my target.

On a brighter note I’ve lost 55 pounds since August and am now only 13 pounds away from my target.

And yeah it’s weird a year ago I was considering gastric bypass and now I’m looking at needing skin removal surgery. I gained 80 pounds the first year I was married and it’s taken 17 years to lose most of it!

2Billy: Yes I read that the pic is from last year but the point stands - Jaymie really grew fast. Beautiful young lady. Is she Ringo's fan, by chance?

Nah I just meant I wanted to post a new picture as well... she really is growing up fast. Feels like only yesterday she was watching stuff like Dora the Explorer ; now she’s obsessed with horror movies.

Didn’t even realize she was doing the Ringo Starr pose... great catch! Yes she is a Beatles fan but her main group is The Beach Boys along with Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie ( especially Bowie), and some modern indie rock bands. She also is writing her own music (lyrics and music) and is learning how to produce. Since my stroke I have been mostly unable to finish any music own my own, so instead we’re collaborating. She taught herself piano a few years ago , and now she’s learning guitar .  Crazy thing is a month ago we were at a music store and there was a synthesizer on display. She started messing around with it and within 10-15 minutes she had figured it out on her own. So yeah I know I have talent but she blows me away.
