How many examples of known alternate studio versions of BB songs have been performed live?

For example, the Love & Mercy version with an extra verse (that was performed at least once in the late '80s) does not have a known studio version counterpart, does it? Or perhaps it does, but it's not been booted.

How many songs that have known alternate studio versions were ever performed live with the same alternate arrangement/parts?

Good one. How many times was this performed live before this alternate version was released/booted/known about? I believe it was done in the late '70s at some point, right?

I assume that nobody outside of the band would have known at the time (in the late '70s) that this part was from an alternate studio version?

IIRC the infamous drunk Carl performance of GV has the hum dee dums and it's from the late 70's. I think it was mostly done during that period because of stuff like the aforementioned drunken Carl.
