Looks like a compilation for the Chinese market. Pretty random collection of their early stuff... looks dart-board style to me!

Plus, the others (minus "Bling") are all typical re-listed re-issues of Surfin' Safari. "Bling" is Little Deuce Coupe.

I just Googled "Random Phrase Generator" and came up with a title for Pet Sounds:
