Well, this question has been brought up since the first time people started bullying each other (which fortunately for me I wasnt here to witness) and no matter what we do or say theres always going to be "messageboard drama" (those two words should seriously never be put together) so I'll put this out there for everyone. Should the Sandbox exist at all? Perhaps we should just leave Smiley Smile to be a strictly music board only and leave the general discussion out for good. It would be nice to have a place to lay back and just shoot the sh*t with your internet buddies, but unfortunately maturity levels go a long way for some people.  Undecided

So what do ya'll say?

My vote would be to keep the off-topic board.  Perhaps some clearly posted rules, agreed to by all admins, along with clearly stated consequences for breaking them, might help to keep things civil.  But i like the idea of an off-topic board.

I really like that idea. Thank you for your suggestion! 3D

Would my clearly and calmly stated, without swearing and random insults and without boiling-over rage, issues on the other thread fall under those rules?

Don't you hate that? One time I pulled out a huge clump, it was really really nasty.

Keep the sandbox; off-topic is necessary for keeping the on-topic sections on topic.

Joe, people are getting upset with your posting of disturbing images. Please don't do this any more. Thank you.

Let it exist for entertainments sake. Screw Pro Wrestling, this place has all the action!

The sandbox keeps the crap out of the general forum. I like. Am I'm free to step out of it anytime I wish.
