Ok so I am trying to figure out a list of all the songs the Beach Boys released that have never been preformed Lived. If it was a one time event where they preformed the song it counts! This list I am not counting Mike and Bruce or Brian Wilson preforming them live! I may make an extra list for that! This is counting 1961-1998 and in 2012 album.

I did a thread not to long of go of all the songs they preformed lived that they never released on an album but there are so many of their own songs that they should really have preform them live! Here is that thread! http://smileysmile.net/board/index.php/topic,23332.0.html

Everything in bold are songs that we know have been played live before  (I will update the list as we figured out more that have been preformed live between 1961-1998 Not counting any solo act concerts in between that time.

If the bold is to hard to tell apart I can delete the songs that they preformed live if it will be easier  to read and tell apart

Working from the bottom, here are some that have been played live:

Crocodile Rock - 1991 Japan Tour
Problem Child - at least five times in 1990
Island Girl - 1990
In My Car - during Brian's solo set during at least one Beach Boys show in 1989
California Calling - 1985 tour
She Believes in Love Again - 1985 tour
Honkin' Down the Highway - 1977
California Saga: Big Sur - 1973
You Need a Mess of Help to Stand Alone - 1972
Tears in the Morning - 1970
This Whole World - 1988 Tour, and 2012
Slip on Through - at least one fully live performance for radio or TV in 1970
Celebrate the News - live vocal on pre-recorded backing track for TV
Darlin' - a gazillion times
Let the Wind Blow - 1972/73
You're So Good To Me - on many tours
Let Him Run Wild - done during the final run of 2012 reunion shows w/Totten on lead
Kiss Me Baby - 2012 tour
When I Grow Up (To be a Man) - a few live performances on UK radio/TV shows, and 2012
Don't Back Down - 2012 tour
Why Do Fools Fall in Love - 2012 tour
The Warmth of the Sun - 1969 tour, and 1983 tour w/Foskett on lead

Also:

I don't believe the 1961-1998 Beach Boys ever did "'Til I Die" live. The post '98 Mike band did, as did Brian.

Also, I'd say "Mama Says" is debatable. It wasn't done as its own track quite in the "Wild Honey" arrangement when it was done as part of "Vegetables" on the 1993 tour. But it's justifiable to include I'd say I suppose.

The following "Pet Sounds" songs were never performed by the BB's 1961-1998: "That's Not Me', "Here Today", "Let's Go Away For Awhile"

Don't Back Down was performed during C50.

Kiss Me Baby was performed during C50.

I thought Celebrate the news was performed live, but maybe I'm thinking of a TV appearance.

This Whole World 1988

You're So Good to Me 1993/2012

The Little Girl I Once Knew - C50

I've read that Salt Lake City was performed when they played in Salt Lake City.

You need to edit the original post. It now says everything from Pet Sounds forward was performed live.

Everything is in bold from party on so are you saying that they performed everything recorded since 1965 live? Because they didn't

WILD HONEY
 7. I'd Love Just Once to See You [Love, Wilson]

This was performed live at Kenwood House, London, on June 28, 2008. At least, I can't remember bellowing "IN THE NUDE!" in public on any other occasion...

Thank you for the information! That would be cool to see live! But the list that I am making only include Beach Boys concerts from 1961-1998 and 2012 50th tour. in the time period 1961-1998 doesn't include any solo concerts during that time!

New game.

Add "in the nude" at the end of any Beach Boys song.

ie.  I Get Around in the nude
Please Let Me Wonder in the nude
Kiss Me, Baby.........you get the picture

THanks updated list! Is there any more that they preformed in their early concerts from the first two albums? I thought they would have preformed more of those live in a concert

A few more additions:

Ten Little Indians - 1962
Summertime Blues - 1962
Farmer's Daughter - 1963

You may find more at setlist.fm. Here is an alphabetical sort, but you have to click on each song and weed out the post-1998 inclusions (for instance, I had forgotten or never knew Mike's band did "Cherry Cherry Coupe" back in 2008/2009):

If you pulled "Strange Things Happen" from the setlist.fm website, I'd probably leave that one out. There's a notation that says Al sang one line of it, presumably off the cuff. I don't think they ever actually did a real "performance" of that one.

Wow, aside from the two covers, Pitter Patter was the only song from MIU to be played live.  Shows even the band thought very little of that album.
