Friends, is anyone planning to attend this show of BB music, with 2 BB playing and members of BW's band?

I really wanted to go, and I was less than an hour away, but I made the last minute decision to keep hanging out with friends in the area instead.

Did anyone get the setlist?

I was invited to go, but unfortunately I live in Wisconsin so it would've have been to hard to get out to CA!

Twenty performances from the show, including Al, David, Billy Hinsche, Darian, Probyn, Scott, and Nelson's songs, plus the performances by Micky Dolenz, Thomas Walsh, Mike Mills, and others, have been posted by this YouTube user: https://www.youtube.com/user/prestoff2000/videos?shelf_id=2&view=0&sort=dd

heck I never made it. . . just wrapped up with school and did not want to go alone--with no one to share the experience, it can be a lot less fun, though I sure regret any missed chance to see any BB.

Saw BW by myself once. . . .just not fun to sit alone among strangers.

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

I also enjoyed Let Us Go On This Way, with Steve Wynn and Mike Mills (always loved REM). Introduced as "kind of a punk rock song."

Not sure if it has been mentioned but is this Dave's first outing since his heart attack? Looking thinner in the face than even he does normally but otherwise seems ok.

It was an excellent show.  Best performance of the night IMHO was relative unknown David Goodstein singing and drumming on "Hold On Dear Brother."

Susan Cowsill, Micky Dolenz, Darian Sahanaja (duh) also highlights.

Interestingly enough, "We Gotta Groove" was one of the songs played over the theater's speakers before the show began.   police

Last time:  I regret not going. . . . .school work will always get itself done, and I regret my foolish assertion of duty and my unwillingness to go alone.
Thanks for listening friends; I'll bet you all know the feeling.

This is cool but it's very strange to see half the show posted. Isn't the point to upload the whole thing as it was?

Wow.  Thank you Professor and Andrew H.  There is such commitment in those performances.
Susan Cowsill...fantastic.  Micky Dolenz...fantastic.  And Let Us Go On This Way!

This is the sort of thing that makes one realize the essential genius of BW.  It's in his genes,
his epigenetics, his neurons.  Can't be explained except by the results.
