As best as I can tell, this hasn't been posted to the board. I'm 30 minutes into the rough cut and thought there were some pretty good nuggets, nothing earth shattering, but still nice to hear an extended interview with Mike, Bruce, Jeff and Scott.

Just watched the whole version; I think what surprised me the most was no direct questions about Carl or Dennis or Al, though Mike and Bruce mentioned them in passing. Seemed strange no one in the audience asked about them in an 1 1/2 hour interview. The other thing that gnawed at me a bit......Bruce always comes across as the employee who constantly feels the need to kiss his boss' butt. I mean, he just drools over Mike Love.

Actually for the most part , Mike sounded very good at this question and answer session. He seemed relaxed and genuine, unlike a lot of his usual interviews. I watched the hour and a half rough cut . I think he came across rather well. I'm surprised there haven't been more comments here about this .

lol foskett brings up the one random chart where The Beach Boys beat The Beatles that Mike Love usually brings up in every interview.

I was there in attendance, you can see me towards the end when the camera is angled at Alan Boyd, I'm sitting in the row behind him. I was the one who asked Mike about releasing his solo stuff. That was the one question on my mind as I'd messaged and asked Mike on FB a year before. I didn't think of asking about other band members. I felt I was limited to one question because the Q&A was mainly for the Beach Boys class/students. I was simply asked to attend as a guest of a friend of the prof.
