The music people at Apple are pretty smart. Kinda cool in my opinion.



They also have a whole section this week dedicated to the world of the Beach Boys.

Wonder why they didn't use the SMiLE from the Boxed set as they did with the others.

Great idea on iTunes part. There was a French release of Smiley Smile in the mid-90s that included some boxset SMiLE tracks as extras. Pretty cool idea as well.

Yeah, iTunes has been pretty cool to the Beach Boys fanatics. I purchased all their official LPs off iTunes (hold anything that came after Love You)... saved a lot of $$$. I just don't get the cool liner notes though. Sad

Holland/Carl & The Passions is the only album not available on iTunes. Wonder why?

just saw it as well,  but "World..."  NOPE, not yet anyway, and that iTunes looked different, though not by much...
they have the GV ep though...

damn, I guess I was wrong...found it...it's an assemblage from various legal sources-- no "mrs. o'leary's cow" for instance...not essential IMO...
