I'm trying to compile the most complete album discography possible...  So it doesn't get too hectic, I have it split into eight sections.  However, perhaps someone more knowledgeable than me could scan over the list of albums I've included to see if any unreleased stuff is missing?  That's the only stuff I'm not sure about (and yes, I know about that 'The Ones That Got Away' page)...   If you see something missing, tell me please!

Here's what I have covered so far...

PART 1: STUDIO ALBUMS
* Surfin' Safari (1962)
* Surfin' USA (1963)
* Surfer Girl (1963)
* Little Deuce Coupe (1963)
* Shut Down Vol 2 (1964)
* All Summer Long (1964)
* Christmas Album (1964)
* Today! (1965)
* Summer Days (1965)
* Party (1965)
* Remember The Zoo (hoax)
* Pet Sounds (1966)
* Smile (1967 - unreleased)
* Smiley Smile (1967)
* Wild Honey (1967) inc. unreleased version
* Friends (1968)
* 20-20 (1969)
* Reverberation (1969 - unreleased)
* Add Some Music (1970 - unreleased)
* Sunflower (1970) inc. unreleased version
* Landlocked (1970 - unreleased) inc. hoax version
* Surf's Up (1971)
* So Tough (1972)
* Holland (1973) inc. unreleased version
* Caribou Album (1975 - unreleased)
* 15 Big Ones (1976)
* New Album (1976 - unreleased)
* Love You (1977)
* Adult Child (1977 - unreleased)
* Merry Christmas (1977 - unreleased)
* California Feeling (1978 - unreleased)
* MIU Album (1978)
* Light Album (1979)
* Keepin' The Summer Alive (1980)
* untitled concept album about ecology (1980)
* The Beach Boys (1985)
* Still Cruisin' (1989)
* Summer In Paradise (1992)
-> will probably add "Stars And Stripes" too... it's near enough to a BB's album
-> may possibly add "...Salute NASCAR"

PART 2: LIVE ALBUMS
* Concert (1964)
* Live In Michigan (1966 - unr)
* Lei'd In Hawaii (1967 - unr)
* Live In London (1970)
* In Concert (1973) inc. unreleased version
* Beachago (1975 - unr)
* Good Timin' (2003)

PART 3: BRIAN WILSON
* The Wilson Project (1987 - unr)
* Brian Wilson (1988)
* Brian (1990 - unr)
* Sweet Insanity (1991)
* I Just Wasn't Made (1995)
* Orange Crate Art (1995)
* Imagination (1998)
* Live At The Roxy (2000)
* Pet Sounds Live (2002)
* Gettin' In Over My Head (2004)
* Smile (2004)
* What I Really Want For Xmas (2005)
-> might add Kalinich's "World Of Peace" since Bri is on every track

PART 4: DENNIS WILSON
* Hubba Hubba (1972 - unr)
* Pacific Ocean Blue (1977)
* Bamboo (1978 - unr)

PART 5: CARL WILSON
* Carl Wilson (1981)
* Youngblood (1983)
* Like A Brother (2000)

PART 6: BRUCE JOHNSTON
-> Did you know these are all on CD??  With bonus tracks too!
* Surfer's Pajama Party (1963)
* Surfin' USA (1963)
* Surfin' Round The World (1963)
* Rev Up (1964)
* Hey Little Cobra (1964)
* Three Window Coupe (1964)
* Going Public (1977)

PART 7: MIKE LOVE
* Almost Summer (1978)
* Celebration (1979)
* First Love (1979 - unr)
* Country Love (1979 - unr)
* Looking Back With Love (1981)
* Mike Love Not War (2005 - unr)
-> might add "Catch A Wave" promo album

PART 8: AL JARDINE
* Live In Las Vegas (2001)
-> need to add unreleased "Big South"

Well, that's the lot of it so far... 35 glorious pages worth!

You seem to have trawled my site most comprehensively, without once mentioning the source. Thanks.

If you're going to include Mike's "NASCAR" and "Catch A Wave" CD's you may aswell include the third in the series "Summertime Cruisin'" which features the two Mike/Adrian outtakes ...
As for Bruce's list - not all were released under his own name. "Rev Up" was issued under The Vettes banner (Bruce supplied vocals to just 4 of the songs and keyboards to an additional two), and "Surfin' USA" was by the Hot Doggers (likewise, 4 vocals and some keyboard contribution) - and neither of which can really be classed as a BJ album, more of a 'featuring Bruce Johnston' release. In which case, The Kustom Kings and The Catalinas albums can also be put in there ...
As for ALL on CD ?? Have I missed The Vettes coming out Huh??

And how about the "Sunkist" collection ? Or the "4th Of July : Rockin' Celebration" ?? They're all 'official' releases in their own way ... and are kinda 'Beach Boys' releases ...

Well, it could've been even worse - I considered including the Flames, Blondie, Rikki, and Glen Campbell.  But I refuse to branch it out that far - "The Rutles" wouldn't seem right in a Beach Boys discography!!  Not sure about David Marks yet either; he was in too many weird, non-BBs bands.

And Andrew, how do you know you're not credited?  I haven't even released it yet...  Undecided

You can't have Mike's stuff with Celebration and Bruce's stuff with the Rip Chords and not have the Rutles, no matter if it "wouldn't seem right" if you want it to be complete.

Seeing that David WAS included in the recent 'rooftop' reunion, and he graces the Hawthorne Landmark aswell, I guess one would formally consider him an 'official' Beach Boy now, after all of those years in the 'where-are-they-now' files. I would vote to include him ...

... and as mentioned elsewhere on this site - what about Mike & Dean's "Rock'n'Roll City" and "Winter Party (Scrooge's R&R Christmas)" ... or the (unreleased) soundtrack to 'Deadman's Curve' which originally featured all of Mike's lead vocals ... the list goes on ... and on ... and on ...

Really ? Then what was your post of July 08, 2006, 06:59:35 AM all about ?

No problem with people using my sites for their own purposes as long as they credit the source, just like I do. Common courtesy.

That post was just a rough list of stuff I was planning to include on a discography that has not yet been seen by anyone but me.

Of course, I would credit the sources on the final version.
