I haven't heard a lot of this information before, but I'm glad it's here.  After reading it, I don't get what ran through Carl's mind...

Also as Beach Boys fans we should clean up our Brian Wilson and Beach Boys page on Genius (a website detailing the meanings of lyrics).  It's a mess.

In 1997, Request had written that Brian was being pressured by his "closest associates" to abandon his meticulously crafted arrangements with Paley and record an album more in the style of Kenny G.

What did Paley contribute on Sweet Insanity? Any co-writes?

Hotter, but that was a leftover from the BW88 sessions.

yah, who knows what Carl was thinking (Dancin' the Night Away, w/ a brief Carl vocal, is a particular favorite of mine).

I luv the Paley material. First heard some of it on youtube 5 yrs ago. thought it was old outtakes from the 70s.

"The Boogie's Back in Town" and "Everything's All Right With the World" were also reported song titles, but they have never been bootlegged.[ 'The Boogie's..' is, in fact, available on a certain bootleg.
