Could be with anyone related to the band or the band members themselves. Mike's Rock Cellar Magazine interview from a couple weeks ago made me realize that these guys sometimes break from the mold in a huge way....and I kinda wanted a place to compile these great moments.

Brian Wilson Video Interview at Hollywood Guitar Center from January 2009 is probably my favorite. Huge thanks to Billy C for sharing this with the board a while back. We get so used to the Brian who dislikes interviews that it's a surprise to see this side of him.

The aforementioned Rock Cellar Magazine interview with Mike Love is another one. Maybe all of that information was already known, but I learned a thing or two from that interview.

Rolling Stone's article Meet Brian Wilson's Secret Weapon: Darian Sahanaja is a great interview with Darian.

Please post your favorite, most informative interviews - and they can be from anyone related to the band. Also, the sources don't have to exclusively come from the internet. If you know of any books with a good interview (I'm sure Look Listen Vibrate Smile has a slew of them), write the book name and section the interview can be found in. Thanks in advance for adding any information, links to this thread. I'll try to add more as I think of them.

God must’ve smiled the day Brian Wilson was born!

"ragegasm" - /rāj • ga-zəm/ : a logical mental response produced when your favorite band becomes remotely associated with the bro-country genre.

Ever want to hear some Beach Boys songs mashed up together like The Beatles' 'LOVE' album? Check out my mix!
