so when did he start doing Breakaway??? that's big news to me. does he introduce it as a song he cowrote with his dad?

He did it last year at the Smile shows, it was a real treat to hear them do it. That and "When I Grow Up..." were added last year.

He did it for the first time last year at Hampton Court Palace on the UK hits tour. The funniest thing (or maybe not): the rehearsal was just outstanding, but the actual performance at the show that evening was a train wreck.
