Too bad they got the dates wrong for two of the tracks - "Runaway" is from 1982, not 1981, and "Spirit Of Rock and Roll" is from December 1986, not January 1988. They seem to have gotten everything else right, which is impressive considering the extremely obscure origin of some of these tracks.

Being With the One You Love is Brian from the deluxe version of his solo album.  Fantasy is Reality is Brian and Carnie Wilson (from an album called Trios by bassist Rob Wasserman).  Without Her is Gerry Beckley, Robert Lamm and Carl Wilson from the album Like a Brother.
