I was browsing the timeline at AGD's site and noticed

Brian is arrested on the 19th at the Republican
National Convention in Dallas for lack of proper accreditation.

Brian and his Landy minders were found in a restricted area without the proper passes. brian's two minders (Kevin Leslis and Evan Landy) were detained because they were found to be carrying drugs with RX made out in Brian's name. I don't know if they were fined but the arrest was written up by the Dallas police.
Living in Houston, we heard all about it with some news people saying that people like BW and others should not be detained under the same restrictions as those of average citizens. The Republicans said that "stars" should be treated differently.

With all the drugs Brian did all those years, I'm surprised this is the
only
time that he was arrested (at least that we all know about)...
