I'm trying to locate a version of the song but want to make sure it even exists before I drive myself too crazy hunting.  I swear I got it from youtube in the last 12 months but my mind could be playing tricks on me.  Does a version/fan made edit/whatever exist that has the "Child" vocals at the end but NOT the "Children's song" part?  Someone, please let me know so I can either take it from there or give up the search with no guilt.

You can greatly reduce it (but not totally remove it) by using a center channel eliminator (out of phase) on it .

Also, that lead vocal is predominantly in the left channel, so if you isolate the right channel, it should get rid of it.

Id love to have this too, if it exists.

Here are my SMiLE Mixes. All are 2 suite, but still vastly different in several ways. Be on the lookout for another, someday.
