On the subject of Jimmy being a BB/BW fan, everyone remember this from this past March?

AGD's favorite song of all time, just kidding!

I never saw that, that's pretty deep. Almost like a video Ontor would create or something. Smiley

Fun fun fun perhaps but not funny funny funny sorry.  Dumb works sometimes but -- oh well I appreciate the effort!

+1... the best thing about this is the brunette in the back. Huzzah!

Kevin Bacon is even "playing" the bass with his thumb like Brian does...nice...he makes a pretty good young Brian, actually, especially considering he's like 50-something I guess.

Fallon is a good dude.

Here is Mike's response:

https://youtu.be/d4UDsfoZlfI

Good lord, thank God the BB’s didn’t travel with a video screen in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Otherwise, there would have been nightly detours to screen clips from “Full House” episodes. “See, we’re relevant with the kids!”

That said, and I’m not a huge Fallon fan, his “Mike” impression is pretty funny in terms of the dance moves. For more “accuracy”, I would have told Bacon not to have the bass strapped on so low; that’s a common mistake modern re-enactments of 60’s scenes make, to have the guitarists and bass players holding their guitars like they’re a 90’s grunge band.

But it’s not too often, well, *ever*, to see a BB-inspired comedy bit, so this was pretty fun.

Couldn't help but notice that the guy playing Carl looks a lot like the guy who played Brian in Summer Dreams.

Who else thinks Brian would prefer this version?

Doesn't beg for a teleprompter-- could just write "Fun x3" and "hamburger stand" on one's hand.

This, on the other hand, is funny.

Check out how much these two TV personalities look alike. I was watching the Food Network Star show last night, and this host was one of the judges. I forgot how much he and Fallon could pass for brothers at least. I'm far from the first to point it out, but this is hilarious. Witness Jimmy Fallon of NBC and Jeff "The Sandwich King" Mauro of the Food Network:

I wouldn't be happy if I were Kevin Nealon.

IMO, Kevin Nealon was 10X funnier on SNL's Weekend Update than both Fallon and Seth Meyers.  Yet, Fallon and Meyers were given the keys to NBC Tonight Show and Late Night.

Maybe if Kevin had better timing.
