Brian Wilson is in first, obviously. He's the man, he's got the biggest fan club, he writes the songs. He writes the songs.

Then we have Mike Love coming in at a sorta close second with those hooky hooks he wrote.

Then we everybody else and things get a little hazy, probably not even worth ranking their order.

Thoughts? Discussting?

Brian, Mike, Dennis (You are So Beautiful and Stamos version of Forever - How did that chart?), Al (Cotton Fields and Lady Lynda), Bruce (I Write the Songs), Carl (help me out here)

Al's Cottonfields is a cover(nothing new there with Al), therefore I would place Bruce in third considering the number of covers of 'I Write The Songs' and 'Disney Girls' and also a hit with 'Beach Girl' by Pat Boone.

If we were talking annual royalties for writting/co-writting it is possibly (in my eyes) Brian/Mike/Bruce/Dennis/Al/Carl.

He didn't write that one, but he did write "Heaven", which did well regionally; and of course he has co-writer credit on "Dance Dance Dance" and "Good Timin".
