I was guessing 2007, as his hair and built seem to match around the time that the Norway concert was streamed and linked here  (the one where he was wearing that white hoodie).

I'm not sure when it was filmed, but it proves that despite what people claim, Brian still to this day, has his gorgeous falsetto.
