Fantastic! Thanks for the link. "In just a few minutes" she says. Plug for Love and Mercy now. They are running a bit late.

BW's pantomiming on Runaway Dancer would make Cousin Mike proud! He's clearly having a blast.

Nice, BW is rocking!

Quite rough vocal-wise

No Probyn or Mikey in the band. Nelson on drums. Matt occasionaly on percussion and guitar.

This is very cool.

I haven't seen Brian THIS engaged an quite awhile. He's totally into it and looks happy to be there!  And Mertins playing the Theramin/Tannerin part to Good Vibrations on a flute/piccolo. A little different. And Matt with an acoustic in his hands in addition to percussion and the high parts. Good to see him back in the mix!

The camera angle, eh? Right there next to 'em on stage! Very cool.

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

Anybody know if this will be available for on-demand play?  I was teaching a class during this, unfortunately.

Wish I would have known about this when tickets were still available! I would have taken the day off work and went down. This is the first time since...I can remember...that information about a Brian appearance wasn't announced here well in advance of when it was happening.  Angry

a diseased bunch of mo'fos if there ever was one… their beauty is so awesome that listening to them at their best is like being in some vast dream cathedral decorated with a thousand gleaming American pop culture icons.

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

Here's a recap, but no recording that I've spotted so far.  http://thekey.xpn.org/2015/05/15/fan-brian-wilson-noncomm/

Some of the previous broadcast recordings are available, so we can hope and keep an eye out on the site.

Interested to hear Matt sing "She Knows Me Too Well." That seems to be the lead they toss the "falsetto guy" in the band now. Awesome song obviously, but I'm still hoping they spice up the upcoming tour setlist.

It's also interesting that they did "Runaway Dancer." I figured they probably wouldn't do that one on the upcoming tour without Simonian there, but now perhaps it seems they might.
