Hi all,

We all go through periods of not being able to sleep.  Some more than others.  Also, some have the not sleeping problem worse or more than most.  I have found that watcing TV or reading before going to bed hleps a lot.  For example if you go to bed at 10 wathcing Tv from 8-10 is great.  Also, reading from a couple of hours is a help.  The best aid for sleeping at night is fresh air.  If any of you have decks or patios going out on the deck or patio after dinner over the summer is the best way to promote a good night sleep.

I get my dose of evening fresh air when I walk the dog for about half an hour at half-past eight. As for reading: I generally attempt to do a couple of sudokus last thing at night (after turning this thing off). That almost always does the trick!

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591

Just stay up all night and force yourself to stay up all day. You'll have no trouble sleeping then! Lol. But only do that if you're really desperate.

I hear a little funk rubbing helps you go to sleep as well... If you know what I mean  LOL
