Sure! Staying in huis safety zone.
I'm NOT buying it until he comes to St Louis and signs one for me personally.

Bumping this up a bit - Brian's at the Barnes & Noble store at 189 The Grove Drive at Farmers Market in LA at 7 pm tonight, 4/10.

The rules are below. Wristband required, given with purchase of NPP at the store. So evidently best to be there early. Up to five NPPs and *one* other BW (does not say BBs but I guess you can phone and check) CD or album, no personalizations.  This is more generous than the Fingerprints event, where only one signed item, either NPP or "a catalog item" was allowed per person.

Something curious turned up on Facebook about 15 minutes ago. Journalist Alison Martino, daughter of Brian's onetime fellow Capitol artiste Al Martino, put up a photo of herself posing with a seated Brian, with a few people behind them apparently standing in line. She said it had been taken three mins before. FB ID's the pic as having been taken in Santa Monica.  Is Brian doing a last-minute signing someplace on the 3rd St Promenade?!

UPDATE: He is (or perhaps by now was) at the Aero Theater in Santa Monica for a screening of Love & Mercy!

Well, the signing at B&N has concluded, I guess, because a number of photos of it are now at

http://www.gettyimages.com/search/2/image?phrase=brian+wilson+barnes&clarifications=&family=editorial&editorialproduct=&recency=

But the one that needs singling out is

Have my eyes gone bad or is this actually Wouldn't It Be Nice: My Own Story on the table? Anyway, Brian signed it:

The one Tweet from an attendee I've seen is below:

https://twitter.com/_toddjohnson/status/586716816275181570

from an actor on an ABC Family Channel show. He says Brian was signing in the kids section - I dunno, maybe some of these B&Ns have reduced their CD/DVD areas to the point where they have moved into those sections now.

Plus, this 30 second cellphone clip:

Look fast for the Surfer Girl LP - looks like this February's reissue.

PS: Just checked my own copy of WIBN: MOS (which Brian inscribed to my sister in '91 in a Chicago bookstore....she gave it back to me later). Yes, it did show up tonight.
