So far I'd go for:

1. Guess You Had to Be There
2. Saturday Night
3. The Right Time
4. Sail Away
5. Runaway Dancer
6. Our Special Love

I've liked every single one so far, I can't wait for The Last Song to be released which I think everyone knows is supposed to be the best song on the record.

1. Sail Away (This is my clear, clear favorite. A lot going on here.)

2. Guess You Had to Be there (An obvious pick for second; it just works)

3. Runaway Dancer (This and the next are practically tied, but I think this is a bit more audacious)

4. Saturday Night (Wonderful vocals from Nate R., and perhaps the clearest single)

5. Right Time (Also excellent, but seems a bit underwritten compared to the top four)

6. Our Special Love (Maybe too familiar at this point. Plus we haven't heard the BW album mix yet)

1. Saturday Night (In a just world this would be a radio hit)
2. Guess You Had To Be There
3. Sail Away (Damn Al Jardine can sing)
4. Right Time (Did I mention Al Jardine can sing)
5. Runaway Dancer
6. Our Special Love

Loving it all though.  Can't wait to have the whole thing in my car and on my pod!

They're all fantastic but...

1. Saturday Night (I could listen to this over and over, could be a huge hit!)
2. Guess You Had To Be There (So damn happy and catchy!)
3. Right Time (Al great as usual)
4. Sail Away (So great to hear Blondie)
5. Runaway Dancer (No way this is actually Brian! So cool!)
6. Our Special Love (No idea who Peter Hollens was but still a solid song)

I honestly love every song out so far even if the rest suck (which i know there's no way they will) i'm so impressed by Brian what an inspiration he is!

3. I'm Feeling Sad
4. Guess You Had to Be There

I have yet to hear the studio version of Runaway Dancer or the full version of Our Special Love, however.

All this stuff is so incredibly good, especially compared to what I might have expected, that I'm going to forgo ranking the tunes and just say I'm anxiously awaiting the album's release on April 7.

Ditto from the Professor. Amazing. I have come around to Runaway. . . .all aces as I see it. What on earth are Mike and Bruce thinking now.  I, if I were they, would feel like I missed out on something spectacular, and I would not be sure that my reasons, however firm I thought they were, are now adequate.

We have not heard What ever happened?, the other BAD song.

(Updated 3/28/15)

I like all of the songs I've heard so far but this is how I would rank them:

1. Runaway Dancer
2. Last Song
3. Saturday Night
4. On The Island
5. Guess You Had to Be There
6. Our Special Love
7. Sail Away
8. The Right Time

1. Sail Away - the best BW song since I don't know when, great vocals by BW, AJ and BC
2. Guess You Had to Be There - ultra catchy with Kacey working her magic
3. Saturday Night - big Nate Ruess fan, this song delivers
4. Runaway Dancer - a pleasant song to play every now and then
5. Right Time - live version is better than the album version
6. Our Special Love - I am least excited about this one.

No specific ranking order of individual tracks for me. I really like Sail Away and haven't heard Guess You Had to Be There. Right Time sounds like a pleasant b-side to me. I like the melodies/hooklines on Saturday Night but Nate Ruess is nails on chalkboard, to me anyway. Runaway Dancer I still can't get into. I feel this album is going to rank somewhere between Imagination and Key of Disney for me.

1. Saturday Night
2. Guess You Had To Be There
3. Sail Away
4. Runaway Dancer
5. Our Special Love
6. The Right Time

All 6 are good songs, but 1-4 blow me away. I'm a big fan of acappella music (Take 6, Pentatonix, etc) so Special Love is right up my alley.  Right Time is pleasant enough of a tune, but seems a bit bland compared to the others.  Every song that has been released is just so catchy though....all of them are potential earworms.

1. Saturday Night
Pure awesomeness.

2. Runaway Dancer
It has lost some of that magic it had on first listens, but is a great track nonetheless.

3. Sail Away
Somehow dissappointing, but catchy and very Beach Boyesque, even more so than anything on TWGMTR.

4. Guess You Had To Be There
Repetitive and kinda simple, but I think it'll get better on time/in the album context.

5. Our Special Love
Great song.

6. The Right Time
Good, but kinda predictable and mediocre at some levels.

Going to wait to hear the whole thing in context, but as regards what M&B must be thinking - remember that what's going to be released is something like version #3 of Brian's Next Album. As ever, stand to be corrected, but as I recall it started out as a straight BW solo set, then morphed into a Wilson/Beck project for about an afternoon before taking a right turn into a BW & guests doo-dah (which seems to have been a fine notion).

Oh, and unless I'm being dimmer than usual, can't find where the studio version of "Saturday Night..." has been previewed. Anyone care to point an old codger in that general direction ?

There's a link to a radio program, where the song was previewed.

Almost.  Saturday Night and On the Island are both the same. Switch those and it would be the same in reverse. That's interesting. Haha
