Total guess: This could also be not so much a reissue, and more just putting something back in print or giving it a new sku with a different MSRP or something.

Indeedy... but given a few rampant exceptions, the music industry these days is almost entirely in the reissue/anniversary edition business. Getting to be there's 30th anniversary box sets of albums and artists I've never even heard of, much less actually heard.  Old Man

 angel Thank the 'heavens'!!!  angel  I need this ever-so-badly.  I only have Pet Sounds on vinyl [2 copies plus the extra version added as a bonus to Carl and the Passions].  Then I have it on CD...on CD in stereo...plus a box set of everything I'll ever need regarding any specific sound made by a 'pet' of any description...plus Brian performing it live.  So 'lord' NOSE...I can hardly wait.

I seriously DO hope that a bunch of NEW fans find it and LOVE it as much as almost all of us did/do. Cool Guy
