Only if you admit that the Beatles are great.

Once kook admits he likes the beatles, you admit you like the singing of bob dylan, then we'll have world peace.

I've never seen that reissue before.

So, in 1972, the BBs issued:

Pet Sounds
CATP & Pet Sounds

but it wasn't possible to buy CATP on its own? And some people think the NPP deluxe edition is bad marketing Smiley

I refer to this issue as the 'brown' Pet Sounds album.

The Pet Sounds album with the brown front cover and picture of peanuts spilled on the back cover and says, "This record is pressed in monophonic sound, the way Brian cut it" is the 3rd reissue of the original (Brother-Reprise MS 2197) and was released in 1974. This one and the original '72 reissue are the best sounding PS vinyl albums IMO.

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

...... and The Ramones are not all that great.

Beatles and Ramones = both great! It's the Surf Punks and (especially) Skrewdriver who aren't all that great. But whatever...Kook can like and dislike whatever bands he wants. Keep on rockin' in the free world, right?   Smokin

Sorry Kook if the scan I emailed you isn't high quality. I'm working with old equipment here.

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591
