Thanks for sharing this! So this was only about a year after the Knebworth concert? Fascinating stuff. Dennis almost looks like a different person here, his facial expressions are pretty strange.

Great find! Thanks for posting it!  Grin The footage shows Jeff Foskett, so it's from December(?) of 1981 at the earliest. My guess is that it's from either 1982 or 1983. Apart from the odd facial expressions, I think Dennis looks pretty good.

His drumming around the time seems very energetic to me.

Thanks so much for this! I'll post it in the Pro Shot Concerts thread, maybe someone has more info. Al's wearing a Giants shirt. I don't know about Baseball, but aren't these the San Francisco Giants? If that's the case the best date I could find on AGD's site is September 18th, 1982, Candlestick Park, San Francisco CA

Thanks for posting this, retrokid67!

Another example of just how much energy Dennis and Carl injected into their live gigs.

I agree. Dennis always had something going with his mouth but the beard mostly hid it.
It seems that the date of Sept. 18th 1982 is correct.

I'm glad I found it again to share it with you guys!  I was really upset when I lost it.  Yea, I noticed that Dennis' facial expressions were kind of strange; he looked exhausted  Undecided.  Still drummed with a lot of energy though.

Dennis looks surprisingly good for this being 1982. His appearance was always changing. He was somewhat of a chameleon in the sense that you might see him  one week with long hair & heavy beard, then he'd look totally different with a cropped haircut & clean shaven face.  He looks healthy here & energetic. He looked great in that jersey

It doesn't work for me either anymore. I saved the clips last year when I found them. I wonder what happened to the source page

Does this make up for it? Probably not.
