Dear Brian, were you aware of Paul McCartney's RAM album (released in 1971) and some of the influences of your work on songs and arrangements on the album? If so, what did you think of it and how did it make you feel that you influenced Paul?

For example, Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey (a #1 hit in the U.S.A., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XI6C7L66zq8) was some sort of a pocket symphony and The Backseat Of My Car (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8pulOnIE5Q) was full of your patented vocal harmonies.

Thank you so much for all the great music! I'm looking forward to your new LP!

with kind regards,

Yorick
