'Forever' sounds like Carl on BV, but perhaps an even more emotional and moving BV than on the Sunflower original.

Sweet Mountain is Brian, yes? Although this is essentially Sandler's song, the stacking of harmonies and the range of the song seem to be characteristics of Brian; Sweet Mountain is perhaps a partner of Til I Die in that respect. If only he'd done more in that period because the chops are there.

Drums: Dennis had his hand injury by this point IIRC so would this just be a session drummer? The drum track on the American Spring 'Forever' sometimes lets it down, especially the opening bars IMHO.

On the Spring version, that's Carl.
