It's been up there for quite awhile now.  No takers.

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

Hell, I'd put my Beach Boys albums on vinyl in there.

Interesting to note that most of the sellers other current listings are from South Africa, tho this would seem to be a UK pressing.

Yep true - However I think (?) it is a US Pressing judging by the Capitol logo thus the US 1976 issue , ALSO the seller has a real beauty (or is it as I don't recall the pressing , and a quick google came to nothing) in a South African Pressing of Smiley Smile on the Green Capitol Label

I can Confirm it as original South African SS.

And while the London one does have the same logo as the US, my understanding is the SA LP was originally released as "Live at London Palladium"  with the aforementioned logos, which could point to this being a SA acetate/test pressing. IF I was heavy into collecting SA releases, I suppose it's somethng I would try to confirm with the seller before investing my hard-earned $$. ME, I'd want to ask about the smell of this too, to see if it's an actual acetate, or more likely, a test pressing
I know the acetates I have for the Paladium/Finsbury shows also have a similar logo and they're US, tho "Capitol" is in much smaller Print and they have the Capitol form number and date at the bottom of the labels; the one shown is for the 1st show at the Palladium ( the other side has the 2nd show)

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591

I'm all over it, no worries about that.  Grin  Not sure if it is an S.A. pressing though. Although the mentioning of "Palladium" could be a hint towards it. The cat.nr's in the run out grooves don't match though. Which isn't too surprising, as it's a totally different line up, and probably a different (mono) mix. The S.A. one was only released in stereo.

Rule of thumb, think BEFORE you post. And THINK how it may affect someone else's feelings.

Check out the Beach Boys Starline website, the place for pictures of many countries Beach Boys releases on 45.

Listening to you I get the music; Gazing at you I get the heat; Following you I climb the mountain; I get excitement at your feet
Right behind you I see the millions; On you I see the glory; From you I get opinions; From you I get the story
