I know that Jan and Dean did the song Surf City!  But did the Beach Boys do that song in the 60's also

Not in the '60s, no, unless they did it in concert or something. They would do it in concert in the '80s and later though.

Yeah, since Jan didn't get a complete song from Brian but did finish it himself, I doubt that there would be a demo with any other Beach Boy involved than maybe Brian. He is of course is on the hit recording. We'd need to ask Mark A. Moore to learn about it. My guess though would be that it was a Jan Berry demo.
