One of the great tragedies of the Beach Boys tape library.

There is that very well done phased out version that presents the vocals-only in mono with lots of phasey artifacts.

There's a, uh, stunning stereo vocals-only good Vibrations performed by me...

When we were mourning missing BB tapes this weekend, you should have seen Alan Boyd's face when I mentioned the GV vocal sessions.....

Anyone who places those tapes in Alan's hands may well get adopted into his family I think.
