Help me out with Big Sur

I know some of you have been there, I'm looking to camp/backpack there anywhere from 3 to 6 days. I either want to do a big loop, or somewhere out & back, walking anywhere from 7 & 15 miles a day. Too specific? Tell me some of the places that you absolutely must see when you're down there. I'm looking a lot for isolation and some time alone with my thoughts.

Also some hot springs. I'd like to be near some nice hot springs at least one of the nights.

This can also just be the general great outdoors thread. Tell me about some of the places you've been. Hiking's one of my favorite things.
