Just finishing up Mark Lewisohn's biography on the early years of The Beatles, Tune In. Unbelievable, definitive account. The only thing negative about it is that I have to wait seven years before the next volume.

Well, first I read it on Wikipedia and then I had the good fortune of meeting him in person and I asked him about it. He said it isn't a hard date but that he is estimated 7 years between books. During a Q&A, he expanded on this saying that when he started writing he estimated something like 12 years for the whole project and it's now 10 years later. So now he's saying roughly 7 years, meaning that volume 3 will come out around 2027. As Lewisohn put it at the Q&A, this means we all have to eat healthily and exercise.
