Find the video you want, copy the site address, paste the site address in the reply text box. Highlight the address and click the 'hyperlink' icon (looks like a world and document, above the sad face emoticon, directly below the underline icon) - that will hyperlink your youtube video.

Do the same with images by pasting the image address in the reply text box, highlight the address, then click on the 'picture' icon (directly below the italic button).
