Not really a fan of live rock albums mostly all those that suffer from massive editing and fixing, but these in general are some of the ones I enjoy (not just rock) :

Allman Brothers Live At Fillmore East

J. Geils Band - Live: Blow Your Face Out and "Full House"

Bob Dylan Bootleg Series #4, 'Live At Royal Albert Hall 1966'

Sinatra At The Sands

Duke Ellington Live At Newport

Beatles Live At The BBC, and Hollywood Bowl

Beach Boys Live In London

Danny Gatton and Buddy Emmons  - Redneck Jazz Explosion

The Monkees Live '67

John Lennon Live In New York City

U2 Live Under A Blood Red Sky (Red Rocks)

Nirvana Unplugged

Portishead - Roseland NYC Live

Johnny Cash Live at Folsom Prison

The Band - The Last Waltz

Beach boys: In Concert
Cash: Folsom Prison
CSNY: 4 Way Street
U2: U22
Paul Simon: Concert In The Park
Derek and The Dominos: Fillmore
Brian Wilson: Roxy
The Band: Last Waltz
REM: Live

And my two all time favorite live albums....

Allison Krauss and Union Station: Live
The Guess Who: live at the Paramount

That Guess Who record is absolutely killer...a criminally underrated band in their prime.

UFO's Strangers in the Night is a good one if you like that type of 70s hard rock.

How The West Was Won by Led Zeppelin beats all the other suggestions in this thread. Except MAYBE Agharta and Live At Leeds.

I think Captured Live At The Forum by Three Dog Night deserves a mention, despite the poor editing and sound quality.
