If you get the chance to see a Peter Hook show, don't miss it. I saw him perform all of Unknown Pleasures and Closer, and it was incredible. At the moment I think he's playing all of New Orders 3rd and 4th albums.

Is your cover on here? If so I'd love to check it out. What's Hooky's problem with the rest of the band? I hear they're not even on speaking terms.

I think the issue is he got tired of being in the band, and quit. He assumed that, like they agreed when they started Joy Division, that would be the end of New Order (the band is the sum of its parts) - but, New Order is out there touring, and he's really offended.

I'll take Hooky over New Order any day. Have you heard Bernard sing these days? Maybe I've been looking at the wrong clips, but he sounds awful.

I only really like Barny's vocals when he sang low. As much as I love New Order the guy has zero range. Will check out your cover when I get back from work today.
