I gave detailed explanation in "what did we do today". Instead of fussing, you could've said some things about cats. Post videos, vines, funny tales, blogs, pictures, snapshots of real cats & drawings. But for some reason, you guys like talking drama, agd & other boring stuff. I thought everybody likes friendly threads.

I never fuss, RR. It's just that I can imagine what Swedish Frog is going through right now, waiting for his cat.
Point me at a cat and I'll stroke it with pleasure but basically I'm a one-
dog
person.
I do like the idea of a cat palindrome----Beach Boys-related, of course. (It's
Skotte
by the way, not Scotte.) I'll give it a try----I already have some ideas. At least it'll tear me away from the dreary business of talking drama.

Yes, it's all John's indeed! I don't even 'own' a cat. But I love 'em though . I can only offer to CATapult jk's drome into a twin tanka. I'd guess that many of you, name your pets after Beach Boys-related persons(?) So my reading features GARY Usher/Hal BLAINE/MAR' (Marilyn)/CABOT (a cabbit?)/AL/CARNIE & TV-star: BERGERAC + the ones mentioned by John! (sorry about the intrusion):
->Spot *GARY*, subtask
cat, scare grebe, Little *BLAINE*,
*MAR'* one modernist:
a CABOT (in a.m.). Nine
'Drive IN'-races use *CARNIE*!
(Virden in Mani-
toba). 'Cats in red'----omen
or amen? I, *AL*,
belt tile. *BERGERAC* stacks at
busy ragtops!<-

2john - yes, dogs are nice but I like cats more. I'm sure Swedish Frog is OK with delay. He can run in the meantime. Thanks for the palindrome, very cool.
rasmus skotte - good job as well, I think john didn't mind your intrusion. You 2 are big buddies. Is there a chance either of you can make not BBs-related cat palindrome? Can you do cat haiku-drome? Or some limerick, maybe add dogs in the way? Any ideas?
2guitarfool - what a sweetie!
Thanks for picture. I felt bad when before you reported that she had sore eyes. Hope she's swell now. Shake her paw for this cat fan.
NB: to everybody - your post is welcome!
Came across stray cat? Talked with a friend & they mentioned cats? Seen video? Interesting curio or fact you discovered about cats in a TV channel? got funny/cute pics? Had a fam cat as a child & wish to tell the old story? Various stuff distantly connected to cats? Share!

Non BBs-related? OK, but it will be music-related. I have some ideas. Glad you like the "feline-drome".

And here it is. I began with Cat Stevens (Yusuf Islam) and his first hit and things just sort of continued from there, the way palindromes do.

Demesne is explained here (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demesne
) and
ici
is French for "here". It's just lop-sided john k French. It's always a bit of a risk using foreign languages because of the grammar but there are times when I simply have no choice. Bear with me as I explain as briefly as possible:
Take the <beautiful> of <Beautiful Dreamer> in my recent Brian palindrome. This reverses as <
lufituaeb
>!! So, the <lu> became part of <Oulu> and <fi> became <FI>, the code for Finland, which is where the city of Oulu just happens to be! <Tu> is Latin for <you>, but first I had to find something for <aeb>. The only word in my Latin dictionary that began with those three letters was <Aebutius>, the name of several Ancient Roman dignitaries. So <beautiful> was reversed (with some questionable Latin grammar: should it be
Aebutie
?) as <...Ou
lu (FI). Tu, Aeb
utius...> Yes, friends, the life of a palindromist is not all fun and games.
