I agree with Range Rover that the polls section is the best place for polls. I think people should stop looking just at the General On-Topic Forum and instead start by looking at the list of most recent posts on the entire board at the foot of the main index. I get the impression people miss a lot of good stuff posted in the Beach Boys Media forum in particular, and also the other sub-forums.

Yes. And it's annoying that these had to move. Why? Did people complain? It took me about 20 minutes just to find the @!#$ing Polls section.

I know these threads aren't as scintillating and noble perhaps as the discussions on recording studio arcana, but not everyone is an "expert" after all...

Anyway, my vote is for Where I belong.

And yet your account reads 2005 as the date of your registration. As an old-timer, shouldn't you learn by heart every function & every detail of this board? Doesn't seem difficult at all.
I think in my case it has less to do with an unwillingness but more simply an adjustment.  I have no problem with them being in here now that I know, but it took some time to notice.  Sometimes it takes a few days, especially for those doing a quick check-in.

"Good Timin'"  I don't have a problem with putting the polls in the poll section, makes them easier to find.  The newer ones are floating near the top.  Posters have always come and gone from the polls.  Who knows why.  Some of the polls, like this one, are difficult to decide.  Some may find that too difficult.  I love all the tracks, so fall back on my "just a game" mantra.  I look forward to keeping this going as long Pixletwin is willing to.

Goin' On. I still like the song and I would still vote for it as best on its respective album, but IMO it pales in comparison to much of the rest, including the departed Where I Belong (RIP).  If it wins, I can't understand why.
