"Warmth Of The Sun" Question

There's been lots of discussion over the years regarding the varying accounts of the creation of "Warmth of the Sun", includng at least two threads on this board. I don't feel the need to revive that, but I am interested if anyone else remembers reading a version of the story in which Al was present while Brian and Mike wrote the song (either at Brian's office or his newly-rented house...NOT the hotel room in Marysville the night of the 22nd). I can't find it in any of the usual places, but I distinctly remember reading it somewhere. It the version of the story where Brian and Mike are writing the song late at night, and Al is also there. Any help is appreciated!
