My Love Lives On.
I think it is great, it has this kind of understated subtlety that isn't found in some of Dennis' other works of this kind, possibly.

If you read my earlier comment, bet you can guess which one I'm voting for. The one with Carl's dream-state delivery - one of my very favorite Carl vocals ever. He doesn't sound drunk to me. But, so what if he was. He got the take.. "It's Over Now" "It's Over Now"

I'm gonna vote for Still I Dream of It based mainly on the merit of the booted demo that includes Brian's false start and climax flub.

By my count I could switch my vote to It's Over Now and tie things up, but I'm not sure if I really care enough to do that in this instance. I'm pretty close on all three and a Dennis win makes up for the Friends and L.A. losses.

This was a great round and I am very happy with the results. Denny fans everywhere rejoice. This is a list complied by Fall Breaks and perfected by YOU. Remember to be respectful of others opinions. Please don't spam the thread with too much opinionating (a little is ok ).... and without further ado... The Dream is Still over for 8 smilers who voted for Still I Dream of It. It's Over for It's Over Now, despite the efforts of 12 smilers. And the Winner of the 29th thread of BEACH BOYS SURVIVOR with 13 votes IS.... My Love Lives OnRound#1 - Why April 19 Round#2 - Brian's Back April 21 Round#3 - Sea Cruise April 23 Round#4 - All Alone April 25 Round#5 - It’s A Beautiful Day April 27 Round#6 - Our Team April 29 Round#7 - You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’ (MIC) May 1 Round#8 - Barnyard Blues May 3 Round#9 - Sherry She Needs Me (MIC) May 5 Round#10 - Barbara May 7 Round#11 - California Feelin’ (MIC 1978 version) May 9 Round#12 - Still I Dream Of It May 11 Round#12 - It’s Over Now May 11 I am really super glad that Denny won this round. MLLO is such a beautiful little song and worthy win for Dennis. We will start the final 3 rounds of Survivor tomorrow!!!! Thanks for playing.

I feel like, despite the fact that it lost, "It's Over Now" would last longer in the final round than "My Love Lives On" will.

Hurray!! A very worthy win for Dennis. My Love Lives On is a beautiful little song. When compiling the tracklist of this Survivor winners, it should definitely be the closing track.
It's Over Now sucks ass - sorry Brian.

I love Still I Dream Of It way too much to truly be happy with the results, but it's nice to see a Dennis song win anyway.

If we ever do solo album survivor rounds, we'll have to vote the demo version as the winner on I Just Wasn't Made For These Times.

I'm not really one for Dennis' piano ballads, but MLLO is alright. The Adult/Child tracks surpass MLLO immensely in my opinion, but I guess in the context of this game it deserved to win.
