Watch "The Beach Boys on "People Are Talking" 1991" on YouTube

Interesting interpersonal dynamics between the guys, now that we know more about that time period. I remember when those balloon pants were in...wow gotta love the 90s, even then I could see into the future that we'd be laughing at the fashions of the day.

This is the first time that I`ve seen Bruce interviewed where I`ve thought that he would have looked better wearing shorts! For a guy nearing 50 to be wearing that stuff beggars belief.

Al`s hair looks preposterous as well.

There are a lot of good things (when I say good, I mean excrutiating) on that Youtube page though.

Very insightful.
Mike really doesn't come across as a nice person, though.  Undecided On the other hand, it's just us watching a 20+ years old interview with guys we don't really know.. Still, insightful in terms of bands dynamics and stuff.

"Brian is most famous for being Carnie's and Wendy's father.." (Mike) - what a weird sense of humour.. Tongue

That and the Manson gag were the best things in the interview.  Smiley

Nice interview.....People Are Talking was a local Boston show hosted by Tom Bergeron before he made it big with Dancing with the Stars. Saw the Boys later that night at Great Woods. Thanks for posting this clip.

BTW, who is this uploader of the Ultimate Beach Boys Collection?

Always assumed it's someone on this board.

Hi everyone!

The "Ultimate Beach Boys Video Collection" is my channel.  I'm in the process of digitizing my entire Beach Boys VHS library and I wanted to share all the videos with fans who might not have seen any of this.  My collection is HUGE so this is a massive undertaking that's going to take a while.  If you subscribe to the channel, you'll get  an update everytime I add something.  Otherwise, bookmark the channel page and check back often.

Enjoy!

Weird. I thought Ed Roach was somehow affiliated with it.
