Last summer, I was lucky to hear Sail On Sailor in a hotel lobby in SF. I couldn't manage my excitement discreetly  Cheesy

I heard "Good Vibrations" at the grocery store the other day. Although hardly a rarity, it's been quite some time since I'd heard THAT one piped in anywhere.

Same here, at a local kid's bookshop cum coffee bar. Most gratifying. Wink

Heard "The Man with All the Toys" (1964) at the grocery store tonight while getting last minute Christmas food. A nice surprise considering the junk they usually play!

This was some weeks ago but I heard The Creeping Goldfish's cover of Big Sur while grocery shopping on a Saturday morning. A deep cut to say the least.

It's actually The Secret Goldfish, for those of you like me who tried to look up "The Creeping Goldfish Big Sur" and just got a lot of articles about giant goldfish.

Tonight on his SiriusXM show, John Fugelsang played the first minute or so of “Here She Comes” coming back from a commercial break. He didn’t say anything about the song, though. I’d never heard that song out in the wild before.

And yet again, this time at the bakery while I was buying pains au chocolat from my favourite assistant. Roll Eyes

I've heard "Kokomo" more than once in the local supermarket but never "GV".
