One of the best albums to emerge out of the early 70's British Rock scene

If you haven't heard it you need to.

Hey Little Tomboy is creepy. Banging women by the pool is fun and conjures up warm summer thoughts a Beach Boys song should.

Wishbone Ash has a history on this board...

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591

Wishbone Ash were a great band, featuring ex members of other cool bands (King Crimson, Trapeze, and Uriah Heep). I really dig the 'New England' album. Great stuff!

Saw them at this concert back in 1972 (check out the ticket prices!):

They'd won the MM poll that year for best new band or for Argus, can't remember which. I must admit it's not my kind of music.

The band I remember best from that show was Genenis----this was in their early days. Peter Gabriel vanished for awhile and then reappeared wearing a dress and a fox's head.
