I have a Van Dyke Parks business card. Got it from the man himself, during a M&G, after his show with Inara George, Lowell's daughter, in 2008 or thereabouts.

Does that count?  Embarrassed

Back in the late 80's early 90's Rockaway Records in L.A. used to have a bunch of these for sale.  You could buy them dirt cheap.

Mike's not a Hawthorne boy. The Hawthorne guys stuck together. The Wilsons and I always had a special bond. We felt like we were a team.
